Video Help Guide
All of our videos
have been carefully rendered to offer every user the
best possible quality and shortest download time available at their
connection speed and operating system. No matter which format you
decide on, we strongly encourage you to obtain the latest available
version of your video player:
All of our videos are available in both streaming and non-streaming
formats as well as Windows and Real Media. The complete video is
available no matter which one you use. For your convenience we have
listed the various methods below. Please note that the first time you
click on a video link during a given session you will be asked to
re-enter your username and password once. Please be sure to enter
your username and password exactly as they were given to you as they
are case-sensitive.
1. Streaming Videos -
No Downloading Required
Each video on this website is available in Windows OR Real Media
Streaming. The video size is 320x240 at 385kbs (250kbs for our
more seasoned videos).
To watch your chosen video simply click the play link under Real or
Windows Media. The video will launch automatically and begin to play
within a few seconds in its entirety. If after one-minute your video
does not play automatically please close the player and try again.
Please note that streaming video links will not download onto your
computer. Streaming video is designed for those who do not wish to
download files onto their hard drive. If you right click and ‘save
target as’ the file you download will be a 1k empty file and not the
video.

2.
Standard Downloadble Videos - NO DRM
Each video on this site is available in Windows OR Real Media files
that may be downloaded to your hard drive. These videos are NOT DRM
encoded. The video size is 240x120 at about 100kbs. These
videos have a smaller picture size and sacrifice a little clarity for
quick and easy downloading, which make them perfect for dialup users.
The entire video may be downloaded in its entirety with one download.
In addition to Windows and Real Media files we also offer MPEG-1 Videos
for each episode. The MPEG videos are broken into 1 or 2 minute
segments. The video size is 320x240 at 500kbs. Each link
under the MPEG section represents a different segment in the movie. The
entire movie may be watched in its entirety by downloading all MPEG
clips.
To watch your chosen video simply click the download link under Real or
Windows Media or the specific clip under MPEG. You will be asked
where you would like to save the file on your computer. A good place to
keep them is under My Videos in your My Documents folder. However, the
choice is yours. After download is complete click open and the
video/clip will begin to play. Once the file is downloaded to your
computer you may watch it again and again. However, please do not share
these videos with anyone.

All new episodes include two DRM encoded video formats in addition to
the Streaming and Non-Streaming formats listed above. We are in
the process of adding DRM options to all of our previous episodes
too. Please look for a DRM section to see if it is under a
specific episode. Below is break down of the DRM download
selections.
320x240 player size at 385kbs. Click the download button. Choose where
you would like to save the file on your computer. After the
download is complete open the file. You will be asked to enter your
username and password on the DRM login screen. After you have
successfully logged in you will be issued a license to view the video.
This license does not expire. Click the PLAY button. You will be able
to view this video over and over again on the computer it was
originally saved on.
640x480 player size at 1500kbs. This is our largest file size and
is considered DVD quality. If you like to watch your videos in
full screen this is the option for you! Please follow the
download instruction listed above for the 385kbs DRM video. After you
have successfully logged in you will be issued a one-day license.
You must log in every time you view this video. Click the PLAY
button. You may continue to view this video as long as you are a
member of this website.
Our DRM Encoded Downloads are LARGE files and are best suited for those
with broadband connections. Most broadband users will be able to
download these videos within 5-15 minutes. Dialup users may still
download these files, however depending on your speed it may take
several hours to download one DRM movie.

4. Miscellaneous Tips
Please note that members may watch the videos in any format.
However, sample videos or ‘trailers’ in the tour area are only
available in Windows Media format. We have found the MPEG videos
to be the best suited file-type for MAC users. If you have a question
or a support issue regarding the videos please contact customer service.

Please note that Windows Media Player 10 or previous versions will work
perfectly. If you have a question or a support issue regarding the
videos please contact customer
service. Windows Media Player 11 by default will resize your videos
to fit the player. Therefore, this may destort or pixelize the videos.
We suggest that you follow these instructions to fix this bug. Please
note that Windows Media Player 10 or previous version do not have this
bug and will work perfectly.
To play the videos at default video settings:
1. Open Windows Media Player 11
>> Click on 'Now Playing' >> 'Enhancements' >> 'Video
Settings'.
-This will open the 'Video Settings' menu. Click on 'Select Video Zoom
Settings'. Then check 'Fit Player to Video on start' and finally
uncheck 'Fit Video to Player on Resize'.
