If you are having trouble logging into the members area with your username and password, please read over and follow the troubleshooting steps below, before submitting a ticket through the help desk.

- Please verify that you are entering your username and password exactly as shown on your confirmation email that was sent to you upon signing up.
|
|
- Your Username & Password are CASE SENSITIVE. (Uppercase/capital letters ARE NOT the same as Lowercase/small letters). Please check your "Caps Lock" key. Sometimes that it accidentally set to make all letters Uppercase.

|
- Please note that the letter "l" (ell) is frequently confused with the number "1" (one) or a capital "I" (eye) or vice versa.
|
|
- Please note that on some computers, the lowercase letter "q" (cue) can look very similar to the lowercase letter "g" (gee) or vice versa.
|
|
- Please note that the letter "O" (oh) is frequently confused with the number "0" (zero).
|
|
- It is also very easy to confuse the letter "b" (bee) with the number "6" (six).
|
|
- Sometimes, two "v" (vee-s) in a row: vv will look like a "w" (double-u).
|
|
- It is also very easy to confuse uppercase/capital "B" (bee) with the number "8" (eight).
|
|
- Please make sure there are no blank/empty spaces before or after the username or password.
|
|
- If you are currently typing in your username & password, please try copying & pasting instead. If you are on a PC you can use the keyboard shortcuts (Control C) for copy and (Control V) for paste.
|
|
- If you are copying & pasting your username & password, please try manually typing it in.
|
|
- Please make sure you completely DELETE any items in the username or password box before re-entering your information. (Sometimes there are blank spaces in there that you can't see. Make sure you highlight everything in the box and delete it first.)
|
|
- If you are using FireFox as a browser, you may need to clear your session. Please see the "Clearing FireFox Sessions" section below.

Clearing FireFox Sessions
|

- 1. Go to "Tools" then "Clear Private Data".
|
|
|
|
 |
|
|
- 2. Make sure all boxes are checked as show on the right, then hit "Clear Private Data Now".
